If you were wondering what a publication on iPad might be like, check out this video from Wired, about it's upcoming iPad app/digital edition.

In short: There are tons of opportunities for making stories fully multimedia instead of just text and static image based. And advertising gets a makeover as far as its print counterparts for the same reasons.

I'm intrigued. But one has to wonder what this will do to editorial calendars, and how many of these great, whiz-bang features will really be implemented by a monthly publication.
